Bina Metal Way has been manufacturing Railway Turnout Systems since 1974. Its products have continually proven themselves in the Indian Railways, Steel Plants, Mines and Collieries throughout the country. With an enviable record of reliability, timely deliveries and impeccable quality, today Bina Metal Way is not just a prime supplier to the vast network of the Indian Railways, but also a key source for railway systems in neighbouring countries like Malaysia, Thailand and Bangladesh.
With its development of Heat-treated Welded Crossings, Thick-web Switches, Improved Switch Expansion Joints, Swing Nose Crossings, Spring Setting Devices etc., Bina Metal Way's in-house R&D has helped the Railways break new ground.
Located in Jamshedpur, the home of India's first and leading Steel Plant, and approx. 250 kms from Calcutta, an area that cradles the century old industrial belt of India comprising steel, mining and engineering, it is well connected to all parts of the country. As such, Bina Metal Way is ideally positioned to meet the needs of today's globalised market as a cost-effective source of a wide range of critical turnout components, structural engineering items, and as a dependable and resourceful collaborator with the leading players on the international scene. To meet specific customer needs, a fabrication unit for Steel Sleepers has been established at Raipur, approx. 580 kms from Jamshedpur, adjacent to the Bhilai Steel Plant.
