Based upon existing facilities, BMW is capable of handling the following:
- Design, development and manufacture of Railway Turnouts, Special Assemblies.
- Fabrication of structural items.
- Pressed sheet metal parts for Auto & allied industries.
- Other jobs involving fabrication/ machining/ pressing & forging/ welding.
TESTING/ QUALITY CONTROL
BMW has a laboratory for chemical analysis of ferrous materials. The firm also possesses a precision microscope having 500/1000 magnification, as well as a photographic laboratory for micro-structure analysis.
Other physical testing facilities include Universal Testing Machine, Hardness Testing Machine, Ultrasound Testing Machine, Magnetic Particle Testing Machine, Dye Penetration Test Equipment etc.
CAPACITY
BMW's present annual production capacity is 4000 sets of Railway Points and Crossings/ Special Assemblies and 250,000 steel sleepers. Besides, we can also produce 400 tons of pressed and fabricated sheet metal parts annually for the auto industries.

Our team consists of 200 trained and dedicated staff, including managerial and non-managerial staff, skilled and unskilled workers, engineers with 10 to 20 years of experience, all striving to achieve our primary goal of customer satisfaction.
